Terms And Conditions

1. Hourly Service

• Minimum 3 Hours ($120/hr.)
• Base hourly rate includes up to 20 miles per hour.
• If you exceed that, you'll be charged per additional mile:
  • $2.50 per extra mile 
• per extra minute if you're over the allotted time ( $1.50/min).

2. Flat-Rate Transfers (e.g., airport) ($150/one way)

• Flat rates assume direct routes. If the driver has to:
  • Make detours,
  • Wait longer than included wait time (15–30 minutes),
  • Or go significantly out of route,
• → Extra charges may apply

3. Tolls and Parking

• These are not included in the base fare.
• Expect charge on all tolls, and parking fees when applicable.

5. Out-of-Town or Interstate Travel

• Trips outside of NYC are subject to per-mile pricing.
• $3 per mile for long-distance outside of the five boroughs.

6. Payments

• 50% Deposit Due at time of Booking, Remaining Balance Due at time of service.
